The EFT Choices Method Workshop
With these videos, you can virtually participate in a “live” workshop on “The EFT Choices Method,” which adds the power of personal choice to basic EFT. While you watch Dr. Carrington demonstrate the process, you can experience its value as you tap along.
The EFT Choices Workshop Videos give you an unprecedented opportunity to “virtually attend” Dr. Carrington’s popular workshop in the privacy of your home, or at the office — undisturbed. Her entire workshop was videotaped as part of Gary Craig’s 2003 Flagstaff Conference, reproduced with his permission, and is presented from beginning to end in these MP4s.
Gary Craig, a Stanford trained engineer and personal performance coach was the creator of Emotional Freedom Technique. both had studied Dr. Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy (TFT) around the same time, developing their own, similar algorithms of therapy. After finding one another, it was at this conference where Dr. Pat first presented her EFT Choices method to groups of people interested in exploring this new emotional healing method.
Since that conference, EFT and the Choices Method has been practiced around the world.
Special features of the Choices Workshop Videos:
- The sessions are timed in such a way that you can do the exercises along with the audience, just as though you were a participant in the live presentation.
