Expand the Spectrum of Your Practice

If the latter is the case, you made a wise choice! In making that choice, you are taking the first step toward bringing your practice to greater heights!

As you may know, or have guessed, Dr. Patricia Carrington, a psychologist and founding EFT Master, developed both of the methods featured in this package. Consequentially, both of her popular Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Choices Method and the Clinically Standardized Meditation (CSM) style of meditating have been revered for decades by people worldwide. However, while it is widely known she created them, few know that her “secret sauce” for effectively helping hundreds of people included combining the two in her therapy treatments.

For the first time, you can now quickly obtain both methods as a bundle, only available here, for a much lower price than its individual parts! So, what makes this package a must-have strategy for your practice and how does its synergy work?

Who Uses EFT?

Throughout the world, a great multitude of professionals use EFT successfully in their people-helping practices, such as:

  • Psychotherapists ~ Counselors
  • Teachers ~ Physicians
  • Athletic trainers ~ Nurses
  • Life coaches ~ Disaster relief workers

Is EFT Tapping Legit?

As per 100 evidence-based studies,1 the American Psychological Association validated Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for treatment of anxiety, depression, phobias, and PTSD. In the studies, the efficacy of EFT was demonstrated  across a wide sample of populations, including:

  • college students ~ health care workers
  • school children ~ gifted students
  • teachers ~ chemotherapy patients
  • veterans ~ phobia sufferers
  • pain patients ~ victims of sexual violence
  • overweight individuals ~ dental patients
  • hospital patients ~ pre-surgery patients
  • athletes ~ survivors of natural disasters

Additionally, emerging research is investigating physiological improvements after EFT intervention. A 2019 study2 was the first to assess the CNS, circulatory system, endocrine, and immune system function after EFT treatment. In it, the authors assert that EFT may be associated with multidimensional improvements across a spectrum of physiological systems.

Among others, the following conditions are often lessened, or eliminated, through the use of EFT.

  • Aftermath Impacts of Trauma
  • Aftermath Effects of Abuse
  • Daily Stress
  • Fears of Interviews, Exams, Surgery, etc.
  • Phobias: Flying, Public Speaking, Heights, Snakes, Riding in cars, etc.
  • Children’s Problems (fear of dark, school, etc.)
  • Physical Symptoms / Pain (headaches, digestive problems, etc.)
  • Impaired Performance Issues (sports, business, arts, etc.)
  • Other Stress Related Conditions

Whether you use EFT inside, or outside, of a clinical setting, know that it is a safe and reliable method for reducing a wide range of psychological and physical symptoms. Assuredly, it is an extremely useful strategy to add to your existing practice techniques and methods.

What People Say About EFT

  • See What People Say About EFT --->
"I have never been so impressed with a therapeutic modality as I have with EFT." Carol Look, Psychotherapist and EFT Master.
"From the first round of tapping with EFT, I felt lighter, more sure of myself and more at ease with my life." Cristina Stanfill, Executive Assistant
"I've used EFT for survivors of many traumas, including kidnappings, train wrecks, robberies, assaults, attempted murder, rapes, sexual abuse, animal attacks, political torture, and for other victims of devastating and tragic events. The results have been overwhelmingly positive!" Deborah Mitnick, LCSW-C
"Using EFT, I have successfully treated fears, phobias, depression, trauma, and addictions. It's effects are rapid, dramatic, and deep." Fred P. Gallo, Ph.D. - Editor, Energy Psychology in Psychotherapy

Traditional EFT vs. EFT Choices in Practice

In brief, EFT is a acupressure based therapy used for reducing stress. It incorporates a therapeutic exploration of a client’s troubling issue with light finger tapping on strategic “comfort spots” on the face, upper body, and hands. Throughout process, the meridian pathways in the body are stimulated by the tapping as the client articulates, and repeats, details of the situation. During the sequences, a resolving self-accepting affirmation is strategically inserted.

As an extension of the traditional EFT approach, the EFT Choices Method inspires the creation of positive, client-driven assertions based on personal choice. In turn, this enables the pin-pointing, and resolving, of troubling emotions directly related to an individual’s internal and external experiences. Although the self-accepting affirmation of basic EFT is useful, it often doesn’t resonate with many people.

While basic EFT provides a natural means of freeing people from unwanted emotions and limiting beliefs, the Choices Method introduces POSITIVE thoughts, ideas, and concepts that refine its systematic procedure. As a result, a broad spectrum of possibilities unfolds for both practitioners and clients.

EFT Choices Testimonials

  • See EFT Testimonials -->
"Please accept my enthusiastic congratulations on the Choices Manual. It is an invaluable contribution. What struck me in particular is that, in developing a direct link between the perception of a problem and the search for the best possible response (the “choice”), you are teaching a secular version of an idea as old as spirituality itself: that we have options concerning how we will respond to life's challenges and that our power over our own existence is greater than we usually recognize." Nathaniel Branden Ph.D., (Renowned) Psychotherapist and Writer, March, 2002."Ms. G H. - Cheshire, England.
"I’ve noticed that since I’ve been using CSM I don’t seem to smoke as much as before, I often forget to reach for a cigarette. I think it has to do with a good feeling I get when I meditate so I just don’t think about having a cigarette." Clara D. Mitchell, Phoenix, AZ
"The Choices manual is invaluable for anyone interested in expanding their use of EFT..." K. Gary Craig - Founder of EFT.
"I want to thank you for the Choices Method...I have used your language lead for nearly 20 years now and especially using it in my protocol for mental and emotional self-management training with athletes as I, for the past decade, have had much fun moving EFT into the sport performance world..."Greg Warburton in Oregon
"What an incredible combination — EFT and "Choices!" I just cannot imagine seeing such frequent rapid results with so many people (and myself) if I hadn't been able to offer POSITIVE CHOICES at every session and workshop. Never ONCE has anyone wanted to forego using a positive Choice in their work with me" Marlies Lersch, Personal Performance Coach

What are the Benefits of CSM?

As a carefully researched and highly effective method for stress reduction, the CSM form of meditation gives individuals the stress management skills and insight that today’s hectic life requires.

Not only is CSM a rewarding experience, soon after engaging in a routine practice of it the benefits emerge. More importantly, it is a non-coercive, flexible, and easy-to-learn style of meditating.

At its core, CSM brings a special type of short, enforced rest each day that is easier to fulfill than are vague therapeutic suggestions to “take it easy or get more rest.”

Furthermore, a daily practice of meditation often results in a surge of deeply nourishing energy, which eventually becomes part of a meditator’s life; long-term. Ultimately, meditation can bring an abundance of benefits.

The benefits if CSM include, but are not limited to:

  • More restful sleep
  • Improved physical stamina
  • Increased productivity
  • Lessening of a sense of urgency about life
  • Reduction of tension and anxiety
  • Fewer physical symptoms of stress
  • Sharpened mental alertness
  • The subsiding of writer’s or artists’ blocks
  • A releasing of unrealized creative potential (sometimes)

"I’ve noticed that since I’ve been using CSM I don’t seem to smoke as much as before, I often forget to reach for a cigarette. I think it has to do with a good feeling I get when I meditate so I just don’t think about having a cigarette." Clara D. Mitchell, Phoenix, AZ
"Patricia explains the many benefits of meditation - from reduced stress, improved immune systems, lowered blood pressure and so on - and then gives some very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to meditate. My blood pressure has come down noticeably since I started to meditate. I thought this course was excellent and very practical." K. Deegan, NSW Australia
"Very calming...wonderful in times of crisis. For me it’s always there when things get tough. I found the course straightforward and very easy to use - no problem at all." Miss J F. Dorset, England
"What's surprising is that's very easy to learn. Almost effortless. The audio explains it quite well and the workbook gives you advice on any problems you may encounter. In her audios she comes across as a genuinely nice and caring person. I highly recommend this as a great place to start learning meditation... I ordered it directly from the author's website as a download... I really believe anyone can learn this very easily and start doing it every day. It really only takes about 10 minutes a day to get started. Thank you Ms. Carrington" Michael, February 25, 2017 (An Amazon Review)

Why EFT Choices with CSM is a Winning Duo!

In general, a primary benefit of teaching clients the CSM method of meditation is its constant stabilizing effect that can support the periodic troubleshooting actions that often arise in most any practitioner-client interactions. Its “meditative rest” provides a more solid basis to the therapy, counseling, or training process.

After commencing with daily CSM, the regular meditation enabled core problems to emerge during EFT; ones a client might have felt unprepared to tackle prior to having started meditating. Clients tended to become increasingly steadier, emotionally, and better able to handle any difficult core problems that emerged during their EFT sessions.

Moreover, CSM brought observable benefits to my EFT therapy sessions with clients who practiced it. This was especially true for cases requiring complex emotional targeting. Underlying, emotional issues rose to the surface more readily. As a result, the process of dissolving them was often more effective than with non-meditating clients. Synergistically, the two methods achieve remarkable results!

The synergies of EFT Choices with CSM diverge to benefit both client and practitioner on two fronts:

  • EFT Choices targets and works to resolve emerging core issues that need to be addressed
  • CSM brings both physiological balance and mood-improving support for clients to aide in the process

Imagine having no choice over how to respond to challenges and no solace in times of sadness or distress. For millions of people around the world, at some point and in varying degrees, that’s exactly how they feel; no choices, no solace.

Now imagine using this duo of methods in your practice to inspire enduring insights and a pathway to solace!
