CSM Professional Pak

CSM Professional Pak - Teach Meditation - Instructional PackageThe CSM Professional Pak is designed for professionals who wish to teach meditation or who wish to carry out research using meditation. This pack includes all of the basic CSM training components needed to learn the method:

The authoritative Learn to Meditate Kit instructional materials 8 MP3 audios, the Learn to Meditate instruction manual PDF, and the Interactive Course Workbook PDF – details below.)

The essential CSM Supervisor’s Kit (available as 6 MP3s audios, and PDF of the CSM Supervisor’s instruction manual – details below)

Dr. Carrington’s classic Freedom in Meditation, a 261-page e-book of historical background information, research, and advice on modern forms of meditation.

This complete meditation teaching package is designed to enhance student learning of Clinically Standardized Meditation (CSM) and encourage adherence to the practice. It can be used by all physicians, psychotherapists, and other professionals who wish to introduce CSM into their practices, or begin a practice, in a simple, safe and clinically sound manner.

In addition, people who have successfully used other meditation techniques often make excellent instructors of CSM, since almost all meditation techniques have a number of points in common. Even those trained in some of the more concentrative forms of meditation have been able to teach the non-concentrative, permissive approach of CSM after first learning the technique, themselves, and practicing it for several months prior to teaching it. Personal experience with this particular meditative technique is essential, in order for the prospective instructor to understand the basic permissiveness of it.
